I had the wonderful opportunity to partake in Ed and Morgan’s wedding celebration on June 23rd. They are a lovely and loving couple, as evidenced by the guests and all the fun had on their day. Here are some highlights!

A demo for Photo Club

Posted in Uncategorized on July 17, 2012 by ceceb3

Well, here is a new post only a few years later… There are some cool things that you can do with blogs, and here are some examples.

1. Add links to outside content: http://blog.photoshelter.com/2011/07/11-content-ideas-for-your-photo-blog/

2. Make a blog entry for each shoot that you do as an easy way to update web content and get some teaser photos out to clients.

3. Talk about ANYTHING that you want… if it is controversial be prepared for the comments!

4. Allow others to comment on your poses.

See my next blog entry for an example of #2.

This is a test …

Our Leverett Excursion

Posted in 1 on October 3, 2009 by ceceb3

Such a soggy day for an excursion, but we decided to brave the elements anyway, and found ourselves in western MA. Eric did a little shopping, and then exercsied patience while we searched for photo ops. Found some, as shown below!

This is the North Leverett Saw Mill, which I first discovered on a road trip with my Mom 10 or 11 years ago. Still beautiful, although not quite how I remembered it.

As the rain picked up, so did we. Moving on downstream…

Seems fitting to seal the event with a sign post of great magnitude. I am proud to say that I can naviagte to any of these towns without the arrows noted above (even if I get a little lost along the way!). Happy travels to all!

In the calm before Bill

Although Hurricane Bill is not expected to make landfall in New England, he is certainly providing sunny skies and choppy seas today. We traveled to the beach today, but never managed to hit the sand – instead we visited a little town on the water and enjoyed playing tourist for a day.

I am sure that these clouds were even more spectacular over the ocean in the afternoon, but there were so many layers that we felt as if we were looking through and all-white kaleidoscope.

Does anyone else hear this house screaming “Seaside Cottage!!!!!!”? I couldn’t resist capturing such manicured window boxes – it was as if they were welcoming us to town.

Now this is the type of parking lot that I like…
